Clean Transport Systems (Semiconductors)

Semiconductors are essential for everyday life, including in smartphones and home appliances.

We provide a range of products including load ports, EFEMs, vacuum robots, and sorters.
These pieces of equipment are used to transfer wafers between semiconductor manufacturing processes.

With the ongoing shift toward the digital and the electric, we expect semiconductor demand to accelerate in the near future. Anticipating this growth of the market, we are actively investing in the semiconductor field.

Motion Equipment

We supply electric actuators, direct drive motors, electrical components, controllers, and other equipment in areas such as aviation, factory automation, robots, railways, and construction machinery, where precise movement must be guaranteed despite rapid temperature changes, intense vibrations, or other harsh environmental conditions.

We will continue to expand our business into areas requiring highly reliable products, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment and secondary battery production lines.

Power Electronics Equipment

Our cutting-edge power electronics equipment contributes to everyday life.

1. Electrical control systems for public infrastructure such as water supplies, sewage, and highways.

2. Automotive testing systems requiring super high-speed rotation and precision control

3. Electric power equipment for operation in harsh environments as low as -162°C

4. Vibrating equipment used to transport fine particles such as glass fiber and electronic components using special conveyance methods
