- Unique structure
"I" shaped structure is adopted where the stator is sandwiched between sliders.
Stator weight is reduced to 1/3 of the conventional weight. Mechanical rigidity is also increased by arranging the stator in a vertical configuration.- Reduction o mechanical loss
Offsetting magnetic attraction reduces the load on the linear guide and greatly reduces mechanical losses
