Health Management Declaration 

In conducting our business operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and everyone involved in our business operations is of utmost importance to us. We hereby declare that our company will prioritize health and safety in our business operations to make sure that our employees can lead healthy and fulfilling lives both at work and in their personal lives. 

Promotion Structure 

We are planning and advancing various initiatives through the Central Health and Safety Committee and the Welfare Committee, both of which are under the oversight of our General Affairs and Human Resources Department officer. In promoting these initiatives, we work with each business site, our chosen health insurance association, industrial physicians, and nurses to develop measures and improve our system to manage and improve employee health and well-being.

Annual paid leave days taken 
Annual paid leave usage: 13.9 days in FY2021 ⇒ 15.2 days in FY2022
