RV Type Rotary Vibrating Conveyor

Forced-vibration type that can move sitcky materials smoothly.

RV conveyors have rotary RV rotary vibrator mounted directly on the side of the trough to generate a forced vibration. The vibration is generated by the motor-driven rotating action of unbalanced weights in the rotary vibrator, and is transmitted directly to the trough.

Features

Smooth conveyance of sticky materials
The forced vibration type prevents the amplitude of the trough from increasing, even with adhesive materials, and ensures stable operation.
Adjustable flow rate
Flow rate is easily adjusted by the angle of unbalanced weight at the vibration motor (Adjust the angle when the conveyor is stopped) .
Best suited for short distance carriage
The conveyor is suitable for short distance carriage up to five meters, such as between equipments.
Variety of installing options
The conveyor is commonly installable by suspension, but floor-mounting option and other various installation methods are possible.

１. Max capacity is for conveying sand (apparent bulk density 1.5, moisture content 4-6%) in a horizontal trough.
２. Controller is required for eight poles rotary vibrating motors, to avoid fluctuation force at the time of shutdown.
３. Rotary vibrating motor type may be changed for specialized trough.
４. Floor mounted types are also available.
５. Trough weight is when using uncovered flat bottom liner.
