About 60 years ago, SINFONIA TECHNOLOGY CO,. LTD. started to provide plastics and rubber industries with our high performance system consisting mainly of vibrating dewatering screens, vibrating feeders, vibrating dryers & coolers, vibrating conveyors and spiral elevator for processing various kinds of rubber crumb. The system also includes blowers, heating and /or cooling source, charging feeder, dust collection, duct work, air and temperature controls.
Vibrating dryer & cooler, known as vibrating fluidized bed conveyor, processes rubber crumb or pellet efficiently in minimum retention time with its combination of ideal vibration and appropriate hot or cool airflow. Large-scale spiral elevator conveys product vertically while drying or cooling. Teflon-like coating makes sticky rubber crumb free from adherence to transporting trough. Frequency variable drive creates greate convenience and digital accuracy for on-line change of conveying rate.
