RVS Type Rotary Vibrating Screen
Powerful screen with direct vibration to trough
Rotary Vibrating Screens, with powerful Rotary Vibrating motors directly attached to the trough, effectively shakes the entire trough, making efficient sifting of fine-to medium-sized materials.
Vibration per minute of 1450/1710 and amplitude of 2 to 4mm for smaller models, 720/850 and 5 to 8mm for larger models (others).

Features
- Lightweight and Robust Structure
The compact, high-performance vibrating motor is mounted on a screen trough, making it extremely lightweight and robust without the need for drive motors, belts, or other accessories. - Easy vibration adjustment
Vibration frequency can be changed by adjusting the number of poles of the vibrating motor, and amplitude can be changed by adjusting the unbalance weight, making it easy to adjust the processing capacity. - Stable performance
The forced vibration system ensures stable operation at all times, with no increase in amplitude due to material adhesion. - Accurate Screening
The screen can be selected from a one-deck type with one screen or a three-deck type with three screens, enabling accurate and highly efficient screening in accordance with the material and flow rate. - Easy start-up and shut-down
Starting and stopping the machine can be done simply by operating the push button on the controller, and when the machine stops, the screen is automatically and forcibly stopped to prevent material from flowing in due to shaking.
