High-efficiency model with delicate but fast vibration

SINFONIA electromagnetic screen uses swing force of leaf spring amplified by electromagnetic vibration and efficiently sifts materials. 
The screen also functions as a metering feeder and has versatile usage, such as removing waste of resin pellets and powder, fine powders from food, chemical, metal, etc., providing efficient primary screening, sorting, dust removing, drying, washing, etc. of every material.

Features

1. Outstanding Screening Efficiency
   The high vibration frequency (3000, 3600 times/minute) and small amplitude of the vibrator move the material through the process of screening, dust removal, and dewatering very efficiently, without any risk of clogging.
2. Easy to adjust the amplitude
   The amplitude can be freely changed by the attached controller, enabling the optimum amplitude to be obtained to suit the characteristics of the material and the amount of material to be processed, as well as fixed-volume feeding.
3. Dust-proof type is also available.
   For chemical and food processing factories that supply scattering or hygienic materials, we also manufacture a dust-proof type in which the entire screen is sealed to meet the requirements of the working environment.
4. No need for maintenance and inspection
   The only moving part is a leaf spring, and there are no gears, cams, eccentric devices, belts, motors, or other parts subject to wear due to rotation.
