SMVCB Type Balanced Screen
Vibration pollusion free, multi-purpose type
Balanced screen, with simple but effective construction, reduces transmission of reactive forces to floor and supporting platform by ideal combination of the trough and the counterweight. Additional rubber springs sustaining the framework suppress the ground tremor to a minimum. Best suited for factories concerned with vibration pollution.
Features
- No vibration is transmitted to the mounting area or the floor
Counterweights and anti-vibration springs are effectively utilized to provide extremely stable vibration isolation. Therefore, there is no need to install a special foundation. - Very low power consumption
The eccentric shaft motion of the motor is amplified by the rubber spring to generate vibration, so it can be driven with very little power consumption, making it very economical. - Few breakdowns and easy maintenance and inspection
The simple structure and the small number of rotating parts and wear-and-tear parts mean that the machine requires little lubrication, maintenance, or inspection, and rarely breaks down. - Wide range of operations
Besides screening, the screen can also be used for conveying and dewatering at the same time.
